Today is very agonizing for me. I cannot seem to shake the intense feeling of these anxiety attacks. They simply come out of nowhere and it's so hard to calm down. I woke up with this attack and it's lasted all day. How the hell do you make it stop?? Deep breaths don't work...lying down doesn't work....I can't figure out what to do.... I have a doctors appointment on Wednesday and will talk to him about it - if I MAKE it to Wednesday. Right now the feeling is so strong, I just want to end everything and start over again - if that is even possible... This is how I feel today... lonely, depressed, and anxious.
